Maruti Suzuki continues testing the YBA sub-4-meter SUV, while the All-New Vitara has been Spotted in China.
Maruti YBA Spied Again
Maruti Suzuki continues testing their upcoming sub-4-meter compact SUV, codenamed “YBA”. Another test mule of the YBA has been spotted, this time with a whole lot more camouflage. The camouflage seemed to be used to hide the actual shape of the car, with panels attached at various areas around the car.
The “YBA” will be launched early next year, possibly at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. The YBA will likely be powered by a choice of petrol and diesel engines, which will likely be the 1.4litre petrol and 1.3litre DDiS engine currently used by many other Maruti Suzuki models, including the Swift and Ertiga.
We can expect to see a lot more spy shots of the YBA in the coming future, as well as more details on the model, especially as the launch nears.

Meanwhile, a couple of All-New Vitaras have been spotted in China. The cars were being carried on a car carrier trailer.
The Vitara is expected to be launched in China this year, and will be made at the Changan Suzuki plant in Chongqing. Not much is known about the specifications of the Chinese model, but it is very likely to use the same 1.6-litre "G-Innotec" petrol engine already seen in the S Cross and Alivio sedan.
